Our Leadership

Lead principal Ippei Iwashiro has more than 20 years of experience as a property owner, property manager, landlord, real estate agent, and investor. Prior to real estate, he worked in finance as an analyst and relationship manager.

Other principals include a general contractor with a deep bench of contractors with decades of experience constructing, renovating, and repairing all property types around the city.

Our technology principal has extensive experience working for locally and nationally famous start-ups.
